The staff under the excellent management have made life at Arcot for my aunt extremely happy. Considering she lived in her previous home for 93 years swearing she would never move this is an extremely commendable achievement and speaks volumes for the dedication of all involved.

My father is a resident at Dove Court, the staff are extremely friendly and nothing is too much hassle. My father is very happy there and visiting is always a pleasant experience. It’s comforting knowing he is in such safe and caring hands!
My wife is treated with respect and is loved and cared for by extremely dedicated staff. Her room is decorated in her favourite colours and is changed as and when required. Everyone that visits always state that everything feels like home from home.
I have family members that use Dove Court for daycare once a week, the staff are fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The home is always clean and tidy and we are always made to feel welcome. The food is always very tasty and plenty of it. Would recommend this home to anyone.
I spent two weeks respite at Arcot House. The staff were all very friendly and the home has a very nice homely atmosphere. Everything you want is done in the way you ask for it to be done, making it very personal. The activities outings were good and made very interesting by the activities lady. We all had great times out. Thank you all for making my stay enjoyable.
To know she is kept warm, secure and well tended is a great worry off our minds. The lunches we can share with new found friends are a treat and the general feeling of the home is relaxed and bright, friendly but dignified. I am delighted to have found and chosen this home having refused many others.
Doveridge has been amazing looking after my father for around 10 years his mental and physical state has decreased over the last couple of years but the home has been supporting him through everything from dementia to covid I have never had a bad word to say
